Why are we Kindle users being ignored like this?

It's completely frustrating how nobody from glu has responded on why kindle fire is the ONLY platform that hasn't got the update. Android, Ios, and Facebook had gotten the update but not us kindle users. We have already missed the midweek event it also looks like we won't even have the chance to complete the weekend event. Even when I tried emailing costumer service I got completely ignored. It's just rude to not address the situation and to ignore people who need help.
