Lost Game after taking a break

I took a break from KKH back in August because I didn't have a lot of time during the school year, but I decided to redownload the app but my game is gone ): I'm signed into Facebook and game center and everything. Did I lose it because I deleted the app or because of all the new updates?? Any way to get it back??

Deleting your game most probably is why your game wouldn't load. You can continue to try, sometimes that helps. Had you backed up in itunes perhaps? You connect your device to your computer, and back up that way? If not, I can't think of any way of getting it back. If you bought Stars or Game Cash in the StarShop, customer care can help restore those purchases to the new game. Your best thing would be to submit a ticket to customer care. If you have the old ID number, please include that, as well as the new game's ID number. I'm sorry this happened.
