'Expected waiting time:' - Question about K Star payout time?

Hello!

I have been on the hunt for more K Stars ever since they introduced the new Kollections section.
One of the challenges was to play a game and get the castle to level 11 - then receive K Stars...

I have been playing the game for two days now, and still haven't got the castle to level 11, and when I look at the status of the game, it said the 'Expected waiting time: 2 days'

My question is, if I take 3 days to get my castle to level 11, do I still get the K Stars? Or did I have to complete the Challange within the Expected wait time?

I hope I explained myself clearly.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to finish, you’ll get the K stars whenever you do. I always do those promotions and take my time upgrading my castle but I still always get the full payout so don’t worry about how long you take

Oh! Thank you so much! That makes me feel so much better! I was so worried all the time I wasted on levelling up, was all in vain.

I think they added the feature of expected wait time because people were finishing offers and reporting that they weren't getting their k-stars, when in reality it sometimes takes time to validate that you completed the requirements for the reward.

i'm also doing that reward! but i'm yet to be level 11.
there was another quest about my castle getting to level 7 for less kstars
but mine was level 9
and it didn't go through when i tried to get the reward. which sucks tbh

I too saw this offer last night and have been playing as much as possible today to get my castle to level 11. But like @AListJacey mentioned above, you do not have to complete the offer in “expected waiting time”. Even if it takes a week/s to complete, you will still get your payout.

If that ever happens, screenshot it and email Fyber!
i didn’t get my reward once, I sent proof of completion before bed and woke up to an email from Fyber saying they sent me my K stars and sure enough, I got my payout! Don’t be afraid to just politety ask, they’ll usually always just send the reward

I finished it a while back, like a month ago I believe. I got my reward within a few minutes of finishing, from what I remember.

i finished it yesterday and had to report it because the expected time was 19 hours and nothing has happened.
i also reported another 2 offers from the same game, one of them had been registered as completed for 7 days now.

so i ended up sending a message to fyber's customer service because i reported the rewards in-game and i never received a response, not even the automated responses you get from companies to let you know they got your message.
now it's just a matter of waititng.
