what's going on with the spread the joy gift boxes

so I'v sent boxes to people and apparently they aren't receiving them and it's becoming extremely frustrating, what exactly is going on here?

I need to know so I can let these people know something.

I just posted about this very thing in answer to Nai in the Weekend thread. Basically, if there is a connection issue - frozen friends or sluggish updating might have a problem. You can submit a ticket, as the sender, but I am afraid it will be an untraceable thing. I know they are working, it's not a shady thing I promise. But I don't see how they can track it and fix it...that's just my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong. I am going to ask about it, but if you were a sender and your gifts haven't gotten there, you can feel free to submit a ticket, and tell us what happens.

Thanks @kokokokonut I'm gonna send in a ticket but idk if my game signing out in the game had much to do with it or not might did, I want to purchase a bit more boxes anyway and then I'll be done.
