I just posted about this very thing in answer to Nai in the Weekend thread. Basically, if there is a connection issue - frozen friends or sluggish updating might have a problem. You can submit a ticket, as the sender, but I am afraid it will be an untraceable thing. I know they are working, it's not a shady thing I promise. But I don't see how they can track it and fix it...that's just my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong. I am going to ask about it, but if you were a sender and your gifts haven't gotten there, you can feel free to submit a ticket, and tell us what happens.
