You need to turn off the feature that allows In App Purchases in order to get the ability to earn Kstars back.
On your Apple device, Go to Settings
Go to General
Go to Restrictions - it will then make you enter your 4 digit PIN
Go to In App Purchases and slide the little bar so it turns the feature off
Now you can earn K Stars again

Next time you want to buy K Stars or a SMC or a Spread the Love, you have to repeat the steps and turn the In App Purchases button on

You can’t add players through Game Center After iOS v 9. You have to connect via Facebook.
