Game generator spouses

Hi, this may seem like a silly question but can you tell if your spouse in the game is a gamer or game generated? My spouse was a B lister when we got married but is now an A lister!

    If your spouse is listed under your friends tab then he’s someone you added as friend in Facebook therefore a gamer. Otherwise he’s an NPC.
