I bought a $9.99 star packet but never got the stars in the game. Can somebody help me?

    Hey, Sometimes there can be a delay before you receive the k-stars. Try to fully close (swipe away) and re-open your game without uninstalling. If you don't receive them soon, please contact Support (||| > help > Glu support) from your game

    Im having the same issue and it seems to me that they're ignoring me. I was having a bomb time playing this game until it happened to me twice. Now again refund or give me my 400 stars. Im not being nice this time
