Omg @September don't scare me, Jax has changed out of that outfit since last week! Am I stuck, I'm having a panic attack.

Well @Naimonster every friend in my list has been in the same outfit for a week or something... So I'm guessing my whole friend list is stuck



Edit: I noticed that I wasn't logged into Facebook! I didn't log out so I don't know how that happened but I logged in again and everyone is in new outfits! So glad that my friends didn't freeze again 😅

@September I’ve found my main game logged out of Facebook a couple of times recently. I don’t know what’s going on. Even worse, my James game was logged out of FB and it won’t let me log KKH back on! I have no issue using that FB with other games so i don’t know what is wrong.

Morning Dolls. I find I have to sign back into fb after an update, either device or game. It's become second nature to check my game to see if I'm logged in, whenever I get the loading screen. If you're logged in and still suffering frozen dolls, post in FAQ and we'll try and troubleshoot it?

My game used to log out of FB all the time but a few updates ago it seemed to correct itself. It still does it about once a month so I periodically check it to make sure. Usually I only notice if my friends look frozen.

@September I moved the posts about your frozen friends here so we can try and help. I haven’t had that outfit on in at least a few weeks. Are your contacts still off? I can check but I haven’t noticed your doll not changing.

Here is Z and September now.

And Kat didn't have your doll, so she'should just sent a request to be FB Friends. It'seems straight ge, but that one is Koko , so it'should my 2nd android when you see it. I'mean guessing this isn'the how Z looks I your game. But is this your current look?

@kokokokonut yes that's my current look. I took a picture with one of your androids, naimonster and soundspretty.
I think the update logged me out of Facebook. I logged back in and it's been fine so far.

Yay. So glad it was that. new thing we should all remind each other...after the update or any loading meter....check that you're logged into FB.
