I've never had the opportunity to earn kstars - why?

I see so many other people playing games, watching movies/ads, or doing something similar to earn kstars.

I've literally never had the option to do so, and would love to know why. Especially with this weekend's VIP event, any help with not spending money is very welcome!

Can someone help me out?

I’ve never actually had a button of any kind!

I make in-game purchases all the time, so I don’t know why it doesn’t give me an option to earn some stars!

@skevans that is so weird! This is what I have always seen, even before I paid for anything with real money
You should submit a ticket and see if they can do anything.

I can only ask if perhaps you live in an area where it is prohibited? I'll see what I can find out about this, and as AliBryant suggested, a ticket to support asking them about it isn't out of line.

I live in the US, so there shouldn't be an issue. (Right?)
