I continue to be charged and have not received ALL story lines AND items

I have the gold VIP subscription since August 2018. I have not received any of the story lines prior to that date and I have contacted customer support about this. The representative has no idea what I am talking about. The moderator confirmed here about the gigs accumulating and if that is the case then I feel like I am being cheated out of receiving the outfits. This needs to be fixed. 

So I never received:
-PopGlam Kim Cover (7.2.1)
-Meet three people at Mirimount Studios (7.4.0)
-Fan Service (7.5.0)
-Pro Coffee Drinker (Update 8.0.)
-OA Commercial and Bora Bora Ad (8.2)-Legani Ad and The Korkov Show (8.3)
-Little Black Dress and Really Good Looking (8.4)-Chelsea Air Ad (8.5)
-Serrato Show and Ferengetti Shoot (9.1)

That changed a while ago. I believe the courtesy of giving prior events & clothes was being abused, and the practice was discontinued.in any event, it was discontinued.
