STILL NO SYS EVENT

I’m still not getting the SYS event. I posted about this issue on the forum before and I also contacted Glu through my game the last time and STILL no REAL help or solution has been given to me. There are hacked players who get to play Sys and yet I don’t get the event at all?! I’m super upset. I just want to be able to play my game.
