Purchased item in SYS booth and did not get my item. Help!

I purchased a pair of shoes in the submission wardrobe booth and I did not get my shoes. Worse, it took the Kstars out and 
 It still shows that I didn't buy it. Basically, Glu took my money and I didn't get my item that I paid for. I contacted Amazon and they have proof of my Starpack purchase. @KalindaKing or somebody please help!
