Game crashing when using Konnections

Hi, my game crashes every time I try to add a Konnection by swiping right...if I decline one and swipe left it is fine, but I am not able to add any new NPC contacts....is anyone else having this problem? I play on android

    You cAN send an in ingame ticket to Support.  Top left corner of your game screen 
    ( lll/help/glu  supprt ). Hope that helps, sorry you are going through that.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
