Free stars video isnt providing stars

I’ve watched 6 free stars videos to get stars because my boyfriend wants to leave me and I’m trying to charm him into staying. Anyways, the videos aren’t providing stars. I’m not sure if I just haven’t waited long enough or if there really is something wrong because I’ve tried that route before and I don’t think I was ever rewarded with stars.

I have heard of the occasional missed star ie, you watch 5 videos only get 4 stars, but if you are watching videos and not receiving stars, send a ticket to Customer Care.  You can do this from the top left corner of your game screen.
