Not receiving my reward for Fashion Week Runway

Hi!

I hope this is the right forum to report my problem. Otherwise, please tell me where I should turn to instead.

Basically, I am supposed to have earned 1150 points in the Fashion Week Runway competition, and therefore be eligible to claim the hairstyle pictured below, but for some reason the game has only updated my total score in the rankings list. How do I proceed from here? I would really like to have that hairstyle. I fought pretty hard for it, haha! What I have tried so far is restarting the game as well as turning off wi-fi for a short while. 

If any additional information is needed, I'll gladly do my best to provide it.

This case happen to me too,
I dont have any idea why it happen in the game.
How can gamemaster help me to fix this problem,
If you need more the detail like the picture, i also gladly to send it to you.

I can ask Glu how to handle this in the morning.  In the meantime can you fully shutdown the gsme, and reboot your device?  Also make sure you have a good strong  WiFi signal, and enough free space in y]the device . Good luck

edit...that old device hates me and gives too many typos. Lol.

My device had enough space and I already shutdown both of my phone and the game but the result was the same T_T.

@fionaabas Can you send me a private message with your ID and a full screenshot of your game from SYS? 

To get your ID:

1. Open the Options Menu by tapping the three lines on the top-left of the main game screen.

2. Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page

3. Your ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page
