How can I transfer my Facebook game to my phone?

I've been playing the game on the facebook website on my computer. Can I transfer this info to the app on my phone? Help much appreciated, thank you !

As far as I know, you can now transfer games from IOS to Android or vice versa, but there is  one process to transfer from the FB to any other platform..  I'moved sorry.  But welcome to the vorum,.  A lot of us play 2 or more games.
