Missing wardrobe item

I finished my weekend event and I got the hair and dress,I used the hair to dress my doll once,and the next time I went to my game I couldn't find the hair in my wardrobe,help solve my problem please

    Please keep at least 3 GB free on your device all the time to avoid losing progress and/or items. Can you send me a private message with your ID so I can help?
    To get your ID:
    1. Open the Options Menu by tapping the three lines on the top-left of the main game screen.
    2. Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
    3. Your ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page
    4. Copy and paste your ID into a message
