Can‘t find boyfriend in top list

Today I was swiping right on a guy on the Konnection app, who was one of those romantic contacts you have to pay 45 stars for to get them in your contacts. As soon as I looked him up in my contacts, I realized his # was very low. He was place 408 while being an A celeb. That obviously couldn‘t work. So I searched him in the list, but #408 wasn‘t even him, it was some C celeb. He has 94m fans and should actually be some places behind me, because I have 102m fans and place 144. Does someone know why he isn‘t there?
