Does anybody knows if I can play in my Phone and also play in another device at the same time? Like having my progress in 2 different devices without any problem or I just can have it in one?

To answer your question, you are only to play one device at a time. Switching between devices will most probably result in some data loss. And more than one copy of your game open at the same time will result in loss of some events and or features. I'll go look in support for a more detailed explanation.
