You can get all three, provided you five-star the show for each designer If you don't manage to five-star the show, you can try again until you do.

We’re getting 2 new Kollection’s on September 20 & 27 so maybe that’s going to be apart of it

Don't worry too much about the timer for the goals in the fashion week quests. As long as you finish all 3 by October 4 and get 5-stars, you can get the free outfits!
