Multiple Devices in Use

I haven’t played game in awhile I got a new iPad and tried to download it i recovered my account from my iCloud and it took me into the he game for a second after that it took me out and a messages popped up saying multiple devices in use which I don’t understand as I just downloaded it on my iPad. Please help me x
