Why the Kollection not working?

The problem is the Atelier Korkov Kollection. My Kollections stopped working as soon as I got the 12 diamonds. I deleted the game and then redownload it because I thought it was a bug. As I restarted the game the Kollections were working and then I got the 12 diamonds and it stopped working. So can you fix it please?
