@Bailie I'm sorry to hear about that! I hope you get reimbursed soon! That's extremely unfair! But yes, I've seen people on forums mention that private messaging either EggsandBananas or Kalinda on here is actually faster than the in game customer support. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻❤️
