Fault with my Double K stars

I ordered from the dollar shave club as it was offering double k stars for this action for a certain amount of time. I’ve ordered and payed with DSC but have not received my (92x2 = 184) K stars. I’m not too bothered but I ordered it a few days a go so I’m pretty certain it’s gone unregistered... I thought I might see if there’s a quick way to get them by asking on a chat or help site so here we are.
