hey, I bought the kollections and I was participating in the challenge and I wore one of the clothes and hair (as you can see in the photo) but tonight I had to format my cell phone, when I went back to the game to restore my progress with Facebook, I was only able to return from  on the 8th and I can't find the clothes I bought at the kollections yesterday, what could have happened?
