I mean... if Glu didn’t treat us like crap and actually listed to our ideas then they’d be profitable. I don’t get why a company would refuse to implement any ideas from the customer when the customer is like “hey do this and i’ll spend my money.”
Instead they take their cash cow and they milk it for all it’s worth and throw the players to the side. All they see is SYS money. That’s all this game is. Wouldn’t be surprised if in the next two years Glu comes out with a SYS type dress up app for when this game inevitably tanks.

"You could be picked next time" well that's a very ideal world, because in my world I got picked only 1 time in 6 years I play this game and for the first SYS test which was so bugged you couldn't finished the event without buying tickets with real money. Then there were a few tests later which fixed that but guess what? I didn't get picked for those so I missed out all of those items and I never got the chance to have them ever again. So unfortunately this is the reality, so how can I effects the results if I never got to test anything, can you explain please? And how some k stars or diamonds can effect anything than Glu wallet? This reinforce my decision to NEVER EVER AGAIN spend anymore in this game

Then you wonder why everyone is so upset you won't compensate the half of the players that didn't get the sys for 6 weeks! It's just not right!

Well, SYS testers are dissatisfied with the quality of the boxes and how tiring/stressful the event is. Non-testers are dissatisfied with the lack of acknowledgement by Glu and unfair treatment of players. So there you go. Everyone is dissatisfied. But you don’t care, it’s never been about making players happy. You also lied a few months ago when you said you’d rather work on making the game enjoyable than working on SYS glitches. You’re not trying to make the game enjoyable at all. All that matters to you and your company is how much more money you can squeeze out of your players before they’re completely dry.
I was not picked for the trial and I’m a free player: I didn’t have incentive to start buying stuff before with everything being so expensive and losing daily videos, I’m absolutely not going to start spending now to catch up with what the other group got, especially after getting continuous proof of what a sh*tty company my money would go to. Pretty obvious that the financial profit comes from the SYS testers buying tickets, so weekday SYS will be implemented at some point, and I’m still not buying then for the same reasons as before. You were not good enough for my wallet before, you’re even worse now.
It makes absolutely no sense how the game not being enjoyable would get you more money but it’s obvious from every decision your company has made in the recent past that this is what you are trying to achieve. I’m already avoiding any other apps from Glu and I’m off to trash you on every single review platform I can find since customer dissatisfaction is what you’re really looking for. I only started playing this game six weeks ago, so it's whatever. But I feel so bad for longtime players who have been totally slapped in the face by this blatant cash grab. Revenue is important to any business, it has to be, but it's truly sad to see how dissatisfied the fan base is. What a waste of what I can tell are genuinely loyal customers. It really doesn't have to be one or the other: profit or customer happiness. What a shame it's turned into that.

get your baloney about 'integrity of the test' away from me. we are not little children who can be spoonfed stupid excuses and will just sit here quietly accepting them. and all this about a/b testing is such a slap in the face. so many of us are working adults with JOBS. we know how these things go. we've ALSO studied the same statistics ur using the excuse yourself.
a/b testing i have to laugh. since you're obviously not testing sys mechanics i wont even mention that as a possible a/b test subject. if you're testing profitability of normal weekday players vs weekday sys players, i can promise u that u have YEARS worth of data on that from before this weekday sys was even implemented. the 2 months of data you're accumulating u can easily use just from earlier this year? okay.
if you're testing profitability between weekday players who KNOW they didnt get sys vs those who did, maybe you shouldve ANNOUNCED this trial? let people not on the forum know wtf is going on so you could accurately compare? but since thats not what happened after TWO updates let me just laugh and say this isnt the point.
you know, i was planning on actually buying TT every so often since i've got a job now and can afford it. but i guess now i wont be spending a single cent on this clown company. enjoy what ad revenue you can squeeze out of me, i guarantee you i'll lose interest in this game sooner or later. peace out ✌️

@Emme1216 They’re not looking at A and B’s satisfaction, they’re looking at which group spends the most money to compensate for the bad quality of the stuff they’re giving us. The SYS-testing group will spend on extra tickets to make up for the low votes everyone is getting and to stay competitive in TS. The non-testing group will spend on… I don’t know… extra regular TB boxes? K-stars and diamonds because they feel like they’re missing out compared to the testing group? Diamonds because they’re not aware of weekdays SYS and don’t realize the cash grab that diamond kloset items are? Anyway, customer satisfaction was never their goal. Weekday SYS will be implemented just as sh*tty as it currently is (hence why no changes were made in the 2nd trial, since it’s not what their after).

@Miyuri oh I know- I was being sarcastic lol. Still stupid of them- it seems very obvious that people would spend money more on the SYS rather than not being in it. They should've just done daily competitions throughout the week. Separated in groups like SYS but whoever completes the most events can open a box. People would probably be way more likely to in that event.
Oop I wanted to see if there was a character limit on doll names and forgot that you lose 30% of your fan base if you change your name. I don’t really care cuz I’ve been playing for so long and I realize it’s just a game full of NPCs but I dropped down to #149. Not sure may people would be willing to do that!
