no videos

videos suddenly disappeared for me a few days ago. no energy boosts or free k-stars. i have tried to consent to ads again but its not working. any clue as to why?

It has started happening yesterday to me too. I restart the game a couple of times and walk around and they appear eventually. I notice it happening just the few days after every update. But we updated a week ago, so it's really weird. Also my game started crashing when I'm watching k star videos.

Mine does that too everyone once in a while. It usually helps to restart the game and go to a different location like if you’re in bel air, go to downtown LA and try again. Hope this helps!
