When does Rapid Recharge appear?

I swear I used to get this pop up in the day and now it only appears at night. I’m not going to be playing KKH in the middle of the night. Does anyone know if Rapid Recharge follows a schedule of when we can use it?

@hepa I'm not exactly sure how many we get in a day (I think 3) but you can always click the event icon in the top right on your screen, under the fans count. There are a bunch of pages there and the rapid recharge one is always last. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if it's on any type of schedule. I seem to get it randomly.

For a week I was getting the rapid recharge appearing around 9 PM. Today all of a sudden they started showing up this morning, so maybe it is just random.
