Diamonds not being added through voting booth.

Hello, so the past 2 sys I have won diamonds through voting in SYS booth, however they have not been added to my account.  I have contacted Glu in relation to this. I have seen posts on private groups on Facebook, saying the same thing and that it is constantly happening.  Can anyone advise on why this is happening?
As i have been an avid player of KKH since day one, I am very aware of the memory capacity and network speeds needed to run the game efficiently, i believe this can't  be the issue. it also seems not be an isolated issue. @KalindaKing
