In game customer service crisis

Everytime I report my problems to customer service, they tell me it’s my connection, I have to restart the game or wait it out. This has been going on for years. Why is this happening? I have reported so many important questions I don’t even remember them all and they would even say it’s outdated by a legitimate customer service. I am going absolutely crazy. Help!
