Reality show friends?

I’m trying to invite a certain person that’s on my contact list to join my reality show, but it doesn’t give me the option to let them even tho we are very high up friends (1100/1500). How do I add them to it?? Or what type of friends do I need to have to join me? I only have 3 right now.

Some contacts will only be available for certain gig types such as modeling, appearances, photoshoots, etc. 
Have you unlocked the Konnections feature? You can find new contacts there, and it will say which jobs they can participate in.
