Speech Bubble not closing

Does anyone else have this problem? I can’t get past this line of dialogue , I’ve restarted my phone many times

What happens when you tap "Thanks kim" ?  If you continue to have this problem, j would send a ticket to Customer Care.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options and then tap Help and then tap Customer Care.   Explain you've are stuck and ask for their help. If you can't access Customer care that way, go here in a browser&  use the Contact Us button.  good luck, and sorry you are having this issue.

Have you tried closing your game out, restarting your phone, then opening it up again?

I did multiple times but it's okay now ^^ needed to repeatedly tap really quickly before  the speech bubble finally closed.
