hi guys, I’m level 24 and have yet to see the event to unlock the bel air home but I do have my tv show? someone help pleaseeee

the best advice is to just keep playing, preferably In order to unlock all the features, things, places etc.
‘For this task,   you will get a call from Ryan that there is a crossover between your reality show and Willow’s.  

If you think something is preventing Bel Air, or some other aspect, you can contact  Customer Care. 

1st you should finish any jobs you have waiting. The key could very well be in a task waiting for you on you game screen already. 

Then go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Customer Care.    But best advice, just keep playing, finish the tasks as they are available and you will have everything at your fingertips.
