What time does #fashiongoals (or shop my closet, etc.) refresh each day?

I would really like to know what time #fashiongoals starts each day (aka when it refreshes to a new outfit). Please let me know and then I’ll delete this post so it doesn’t clutter! I searched the forum thoroughly and could not find an answer.

I think it’a every 24 hours. except new ones is Friday til Sunday.
