Can’t open the game

I keep trying to open the game and it keeps saying it can’t connect to the internet and try again

I’m not having any internet problems, my wifi and phone internet are working fine. I have turned my phone on and off and have tried everything suggested and still can’t get in

is anyone else having the same problem?

please help me 😢 

I don’t know my Hollywood Id either before that’s suggested 😭

It was working now has stopped again. Still no internet problems, can anyone help?

Next time you get in, please go save your Hollywood ID.   If you are intermittently popping in and out. You can check Troubleshooting up in FAQs for suggestions.  There were a few questions /links regarding yourissue. 

I can suggest closing any other apps, files .If you're Android you can clear cache.  And you can send a ticket next time you can get in, ask why this is happening and how can you help it?     good luck, and don't forget to copy your ID next time your game loads.
