I had a successful VIP! Took a couple of spins on Curtain Call - got energy and the individual hair. Got the pants and bundle from Witching Hour. Opened a palette of gift boxes - got the dress and boots. Got a lip colour from the closet and then decided not open one more gift box and got the hair!

Got the whole Kollection with the clueless outfit in it, Enchanting Vision I think it’s called. This was my GB. Time to go earn some stars back.

I wrote for real human help which should be available in a short while. While we wait, I tried Customer Care on the chance they could help right away.  Support said each affected game should send a ticket. I think that's bad advice, but those were my instructions.

I'm still waiting for Studio response when they open in a little while.

you don't have to do anything now.  if you want send a ticket.  If you want to wait till our substitute 'kalinda` gets in that fine. personally, I only contacted support in case someone could hook us up faster.

Lost self control when spinning a Kollection. Also bought another gb and realized I’m 20 kstars away from getting the earnable dress so I went for it. Honestly I did NOT like this dress at first but I’m warming up to it.

Also I thought they stopped giving kstars for each gig during VIP and that made me sad. Then came to forum and realized it is a glitch. ( Thank god for that )

I’m going to wait a bit to send a ticket since it looks like they know. I got energy in my GB so I did my London so chic 1 hr 3 hr, and 2 reality shows before I noticed. That’s what I get for playing before coffee. 😭

I managed to get the doughnut breasts outfit and dyed it using peridot green to look more like the original. I kinda like it this way 😁

Spent 40 kstars and got the boots (forgot to ss lmao) and in my free box I got 40 kstars and spent those 40 to open other box 😭 and got the dress and I love it. 😍
