My LookBook isnt working?

I have looks in my lookbook but if I try to click on one, it only asks if I wanna delete my lookbook. I've tried restarting my game and nothing has changed. Could someone help?

in your LookBook, if you tap on the lower left corner of the look, you see a hanger and garment icon. (Circled a few in green)  Tap that to dress in the look.  

 If you tap too close to the X in the upper right corner, (circled a few in red) it will ask if you want to delete the look. 

If tapping the lower left hanger icon, gives you the option to delete the look, send this information to Customer Care.  

To open a ticket Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Tsp Help, Tsp Cudtomer Care.  Explain the situation and ask them to help.   Good luck.

For some reason, it doesn't happen if all of the slots are filled. But as soon as I delete one of them, it happens again.
