Oh, here I was thinking my phone was acting up lol. I haven't been able to get in for a few hours now and since the SYS ended 4am for me (i actually woke up to submit my last two looks before the clock dropped), I was too tired to wait to collect my prizes 20 minutes later. Really hoping they'll fix it soon! 😔

Literally same 😭😭 I go on every few hours usually lol this issue is driving me crazy like I just want to collect whatever I got from SYS and go on a date with my husband because he's been angry for the past two days

My KKH game is also acting up. I was about to collect my TS prizes when this happened. I haven't been able to try on the final earnable (though it says claimed) and the diamonds I have saved up are also gone!  



The next SYS starts in less than 8 hours. I hope the team will be able to fix it before that.

UPDATE: My game is now okay. I hope all players' games are already fixed as well!

I really hope we get compensated for this or something… I’m in the middle of an 8 hour gig and it’s going to ruin my achievement streak and my 5 star bonus 😭

Same here. I tried on wifi and 5g and not working. I hope i will be able to get the current SYS prizes before the new SYS TB 😔😕

I can't get into the game. I've restarted my device, forced stopped the app, closed the app, removed cache data and it keeps saying can't connect to the internet even though every other game I play can connect to the internet. I haven't claimed prizes yet and have no either where I came.

Edit: Android device, latest update.

Also I only noticed now that everyone else is having issues too.

My game is working again, but almost half of my diamonds disappeared! Too bad I don’t have any screenshots to prove the number of diamonds I had before the game crashed.

I came 8th so I got some prizes 😊 I did really want the shoes but my group was intense and the gap was massive between 8th and 6th. I didn’t want to waste like 9 tickets trying to get the shoes so I just gave up. And for some reasons my looks have disappeared for the last hour so no lowest, highest, favourites looks to show ☹️

Sooo happy when I woke up and was 2nd place, but the game couldn't load... Now it's working and I saw that I actually ended 5th😫😭

I’m able to get into my game now but all my diamonds are gone and I didn’t get my TS prizes either. Any update from Glu on the problem? It’s not a internet connection problem because I’m able to play my other mobile games.

by now this sys event is gone for me too I think you should open a ticket and they should help. It was a game problem

Omg i lost all my tickets too!!!! I just realized in the new SYS ! Seriously Glu no diamonds and no tickets… i think i will stop playing this game!

I just woke up and I never got any of my SYS Prizes. 

I was in first all week - normally if I don’t collect them
in time they just automatically go in the kloset. 😵 im
kinda upset.

Thanks @geenellys. I submitted a ticket to support but now I can’t get back into my game. From what I see on another thread it seems like Glu is aware of the problem and working on a fix.
