@PatRamos I think the BF one is always on VIP but both should be. It doesn't make sense to me that only the one coming up ever is.

U can click on any of them and then at the bottom it will say, does this answer your question? And it says yes and no, click on no and then at the top right corner it says contact us. @Julia_KKH

You can go on their website tapjoy.com . If you complete or download a lot of offers.it automatically throws a red flag. It flagged me before and I only did maybe 5 or 6 offers. I spoke to customer service and they said everything was fine, if it happened again to contact them. Try sending them a message with a screenshot, hopefully they will fix it for you.

If you don’t have the contact button, I type Bowie in the search bar.  It doesn’t have any info on Bowie, so the Contact us button should pop up. I just picked bowie because I love him and it works.

I often have to toggle Airplane a few times, and shut down and reboot the whole device for my iPad game update to show.  Sign out and back in to Apple.  See if these things help.
