Please help me

I wanted to start playing a limited gig. I was on the Red carpet, loud fans yelling,  flashes etc. But before I press start I had to stop playing.
When I came back that Pablo Fringera Being watched or whatever gig was over.
Now I can't play because I hear 2 simultaneous sounds.
The sound from the current gig and the flashes ,the crowd yelling from the gig I didn't even start.
Please help me I don't want to reinstall the game for the third time......

Hi, sorry you are experiencing trouble.  Please send a ticket to Customer Care.  Can you open the game? Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options. Tap Help and then tap Customer Care. 

If you cant access the game to contact support, you can send a ticket from a browser if you know your ID number.  Go here, and use the Contact Us button.
