Losing stuff

Good evening,
Lately I’ve been “losing” a lot of the things that I’ve earned/bought. 

First my Kstars, later my diamonds and now my extra tickets. 

Normally it comes back in 1-3 days but now it takes a very long time. 

Is it a common problem? Or should I contact Glu. 

To be honest I’ve contacted Glu before and they where very kind but my bug was never solved haha.

Sadly, it’s both a common problem and something you have to contact Glu for. Good luck getting everything back, they seem to be picking and choosing who gets their items back and who doesn’t. :’)
