    I’m looking forward to this SYS but i would also like to Customer Care to reply to my messages. It’s been more than 48 hours and i’m still in bronze 1. I can predict beautiful prizes but being unable to get them because the game keeps glitching and you refuse to fix it for the people affected, or fix it at all.
