Transferring game safely

Hello dolls, I want to transfer my game from one iPhone to another but whenever I click on "I've played before" and open the save data, it's never the accurate date and I don't know what to do because I've tried logging in with my Apple-ID, Game Center and Facebook and everytime it's set back 2 days even tho I played today and If I accept it the progress from the last two days won't get picked up which is kind of annoying, so what can I do to fix this?
