my game is glitched?

ive  just  found  this  community  page  so  idk  if  this  is  what  im  supposed  to  do  but  maybe  this  is  the  right  place  to  show  this?  for  months  now  ive  had  this  glitch  in  my  game.  no  matter  the  update.  is  it  just  me  dealing  with  this?  how  do  i  fix  it?  i  finished  this  quest  months  ago,  collected  the  award,  and  this  just  sits  there.

I would send a ticket to Customer Care. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Include your screen shot to help explain your problem.  Good luck and Welcome to the Forum.
