No help from custome care.

Hello, Im new at the forum, but I play kkh since 2017. 
On friday I bought a tripple 3. I got my kstars but not mine diamonds and tickets. I send a ticket to custome care but still on today I got no answer or my diamonds or tickets. @KalindaKing

    I’m sorry I;m sorry this happened.  Please try sending another ticket to Customer Care. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Customer Care.  They will be able to help you.  Explain what happened, and submit the ticket.  Sorry for the inconvenience. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    I got my triple threat items after telling customer service what happened, maybe try another staff member, if you’ve already enquired?
