Just wondering, is there a storyline that triggers this pop up shop to appear? I’ve been playing for over a year now and have never gotten it

Here's some hairstyles I found in my closet that were somewhat similar and I think available for diamonds! (except for the second one from the Christmas boxes) I'm sure there's more that I don't own though... Hope it helps✨

Yes there are three gigs:
1 gig gives 1 K-stars, the other two give two K-stars. So 5 K-stars total.
