vip benefits not showing up

My charge for this month went through as usual but all my vip benefits disappeared!! My max energy lowered and i didn’t receive my 30 k stars in my daily box. Frustrating to be paying for something and not receiving it! Contacted support but wondering if there’s anything else that can be done so I don’t miss anything @KalindaKing. Has this happened to anyone else??
