I don’t know what thread this belongs to but what place do you have to be in to level up to the next level in sys? Like to go from silver 2 to silver 3?

Anyone else has the same problem with me? I can't claim my awards, it's just doesn't show me to collect them. I asked for help about 10 hours ago, but customer service didn't reply me. How can I play and what's the point if I can't collect my awards? The votes were finished many hours ago, now I have 119 votes but I can't collect the diamond and the red dye.
Had the same issue. Closed the game, restarted my phone, then repeated again. It eventually started working - not sure why, though.

I have the same issue and as far as I can see, all we can do is wait, because eventually they added up my sys score correctly and I could claim my rewards. The votes are inconsistent every time I submit a new look but after some time they eventually catch up.

Even though I have to submit my looks in a hurry, at least my scores haven't been bad. Ice does better for me. I don't remember if that was the case the first time we had the theme.

@KalindaKing can something be done about the fact that some of us are experiencing a glitch where our scores aren't being added to the earnables progression bar? I've messaged support but it's still happening to me.
