Missing K-stars

I changed from Android to iOS recently and installed the game again. I had always connected the game to my Facebook so I assumed that once I sign in to Facebook on my iPhone and restore the purchases I'd get all my kstars back, but I got nothing. What should I do in this situation?

If you tapped the Restore Purchases and it didn’t restore purchases,

You can send a ticket to Customer Care.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap Options. Then tap Help, then tap Customer Care.  Attach receipts and ask fir their help.  Good lu Ct.
