Missing K-stars and a purchase ?

Today I bought a $20 pack of k-stars, and bought an outfit from an old storyline that I had been saving. My phone has a problem with my storage being full and often will have to be shut down in order for it to start working properly again. So I shut it down and went back into the app, and not only were my k-stars gone, but so was my purchase of the outfit. There is absolutely no trace of it ever being boughten. I already restored purchases. So $20 wasted? I have photo proof of me having it, and the difference in my k star balance.
